HOW I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WORLD

My love for travel started in my very early years visiting my Grandparents living in Sardinia. I can still remember feeling excited and very happy spending my days on the white sandy beach, swimming in the crystal blue sea, eating the most delicious food, along with making friends with the local children.

I always had great family holidays and went on to study Travel and Tourism, during which time I worked within a Travel Agency and learnt about the industry.

After travelling the West coast of the USA and parts of Canada in my early 20’s, I had well and truly developed the travel bug. Following this, I went to live and work in the Middle East, and spent some time in Australia.

My passion for travel, living and working amongst other cultures continued into my career within Finance, where I was part of the International Private Wealth Banking business for 15 years. Spending a lot of time jetting around the globe on various business assignments. I spent time in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East in some of the most fascinating locations; always making extra time to visit the city, region or wider country.

I quickly learnt that I can fall in love with a destination for 10 minutes or a lifetime. All leaving a lasting impression on me, for which I am very grateful.
